Arsenal need all their squad playing at their best if they’re to win trophies this season and Noni Madueke is the perfect example of what Mikel Arteta needs.
Madueke got himself on the scoresheet once again this weekend as Arsenal saw off Mansfield in FA Cup action.
Now, with the crunch of the season still to come, Madueke is doing exactly what he was bought for.

Noni Madueke is perfect for Arsenal this season
There’s been times this season when it’s looked like signing Noni Madueke might not have been the best piece of business for Arsenal.
Early on in the campaign, we were all seeing a player who didn’t quite look up to speed and being brutally honest, was struggling to adapt to Mikel Arteta’s methods.
Now, fast forward a few months and we are seeing the true nature of what good coaching, a bit of patience, and chances in the first-team can bring.

Madueke is showing he’s very much Arsenal’s man for all competitions. With seven goals in all competitions, including three in four games in Europe, the England winger is delivering for the Gunners.
Now, with the crucial time of the season upon us as Arsenal go for four trophies, Madueke is giving Mikel Arteta the ideal headache.
For so long, Arsenal have relied on and let’s be honest, overused, Bukayo Saka. A lot of this has been down to no other player stepping into the void and Saka needing to play out of necessity.
But with Madueke essentially firing on all cylinders now and showing he can not only deliver in terms of performance level but with goals and assists as well, it gives the Arsenal boss much more flexibility.
That flexibility is going to be needed, too. Arsenal are competing on all fronts and while we all know Saka will be first-choice, Madueke is not far behind right now.
Should the Gunners bring home more than one trophy, then Noni Madueke’s contribution should not be overlooked.
