Get ready for a warm and humid start to your Thursday. Lows are in the 70s, with a south breeze. Grab the raingear, changes come this afternoon as a sea breeze boundary develops and with a south-west wind, showers get pushed towards the metro coastal area later today. Rain chances increase tomorrow and for the weekend as a cold front stalls out over the area. This will keep unsettled weather in the forecast until next week.
