Johnny Knoxville reveals who suffered a gruesome NSFW injury while filming ‘Jackass 5’

Johnny Knoxville just gave a painful injury update on “Jackass 5.”
The daredevil-turned-actor went full TMI during his recent appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Knoxville told Fallon, “I’m sorry to report Dave England ripped the tendon off the bone of his middle finger, and it coiled at the base… “
As he shared the details — perhaps in a bit too much detail — Knoxville asked Fallon, “Can you say that on your show?”
Fallon, simultaneously amused and disgusted, covered his face and responded, “Oh my God.” Knoxville continued, “He was trying to retrieve a coin.”
It’s a “Jackass” movie, so you can probably guess where the coin was located. Anyway, Knoxville added, “And I’m not even joking — he has to have surgery.”

The “Fear Factor” host told the audience that he showed Jimmy a photo of England’s injury before the show.
Fallon admitted, “I can’t unsee that. But I didn’t know what I was looking at. That’s insane.”

Last month, Knoxville confirmed to Rolling Stone that “Jackass 5” will be the last film in the franchise. “This is the natural place to end. So it’s going to be absolutely awful.”
While fans are eager to see Johnny back in action, there’s one safety protocol he’s been ordered to follow after countless concussions.
“I don’t care about anything else. I just can’t get hit in the head anymore,” he told Syndicate X Library in January.
