The time has come, my friends. Tonight officially marked the finale of The Masked Singer Season 14—and no, that’s not an April Fool’s Day prank.
This season has been full of wild performances, fun surprises and shocking unmaskings, as the panel of detectives—Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora—continued to uncover the clues, and now, they must submit their final guesses and close their cases.
But who will be unmasked and who will win it all?
Who was unmasked in the semifinals?
During last week’s semifinals, the race was tighter than ever, with the remaining contestants—Galaxy Girl, Pangolin, Pugcasso, Crane and Cat Witch (the latter of whom we already know to be Kylie Cantrall as part of a new challenge for the detectives this season)—taking the stage.
Following her performance, the detectives declared that Galaxy Girl clearly “came to win.” Both McCarthy Wahlberg and Ora believed they could be Ashlee Simpson, but Thicke thought they were Ali Michalka of Ali & AJ fame. Meanwhile, Crane revealed they had a connection with Ora, joking that they’ve both enjoyed a “healthy competition” in the past.
And Jeong said that Pugcasso was his favorite to “win it all,” with McCarthy Wahlberg thinking they were Michael Bublé or John Legend, while Ora was confident they were Darren Criss. Also, for the first time all season, one of the detectives correctly guessed Cat Witch’s identity, with Ora picking up on hints that the two had previously worked together.
When the performances were finished and the votes were counted, Pangolin was sent home just before the finale. Final guesses from the detectives included Lea Michele and Rachel Platten, the latter of whom proved to be the right answer. Platten ended the episode with a rendition of her popular single “Fight Song.”

Who has been unmasked thus far?
Going into tonight’s finale, a total of 15 mystery celebs have been unmasked thus far. Their eliminations went as follows:

ROUND ONE
Galaxy Girl
The intergalactic mystery celeb kicked off the show with a performance of “Good 4 U” by Olivia Rodrigo. In their clue footage, the masked singer noted that they were “publicly humiliated” when they were “so young.” This made them more cautious moving forward, but after their kids heard their older music, it inspired them to get back onstage.
Thicke applauded the contestant’s growth throughout the season, while McCarthy Wahlberg said it was their “best” performance of the entire season. The detectives recounted their previous guesses, which included Hilary Duff, Taylor Momsen and Emma Stone; however, they wouldn’t lock in their answers until later in the show.
Cat Witch
“Leave (Get Out)” by Jojo was the song of choice for Cat Witch’s first performance. As we noted above, the audience at home already knew that she was Cantrall, which was finally revealed to the detectives in the clue footage. The contestant also noted that being on the show helped them grow in their confidence, both on and off the stage.
The detectives were shocked to learn they in the dark the whole time, but loved the performance. Addison Rae, Victoria Justice, Ashley Tisdale and Charli D’amelio were among their many guesses, but Ora stuck to her guess from last week, naming Cantrall again.
Pugcasso
In their clue footage, Pugcasso talked about the reservations they had upon first joining the show, joking that they didn’t understand their costume. They also opened up about their relationship with their kids, and how they were hoping to win the trophy to take it home to them. They then took to the stage to perform “True Colors” by Cyndi Lauper.
Ora congratulated the mystery singer, enjoying the emotional song choice. Their guesses over the season have run the gamut, with Jack Johnson, Vance Joy, Gavin DeGraw and Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons all being named.
Crane
Crane shared that they felt their journey on the show was “healing.” They also shared that, while they began their career in a group, they’re now a solo artist—though they recently reunited with their old friends. They took on a high-energy rendition of “Together Again” by Janet Jackson for the last performance of the first round.
McCarthy Wahlberg loved their stage presence, reminding them that she had called their place in the finale early on. Ashanti, Amya, Ciara and SZA were all named during their guessing segment, but the “group” detail threw them for a loop.
Who came in fourth place?
Following Crane’s performance, the detectives and audience were prompted to vote for their favorites, as only three masked singers would move forward to the second round. When all the votes were counted, Crane was eliminated.
Host Nick Cannon then announced that Crane’s best friend would deliver their finale clue, with Khalid surprising the judges by sharing a list of awards the contestant had won throughout their career. The detectives also locked in their final answers: Jeong guessed Kelly Rowland, while Thicke, McCarthy Wahlberg and Ora all guessed Normani.
Upon their unmasking, the mystery celeb was, indeed, revealed to be Normani, who performed a duet of their hit song “Love Lies” before the commercial break.
ROUND TWO: FINAL PEFORMANCES
Galaxy Girl
For their last song of the competition, Galaxy Girl returned to the stage to perform “Try” by P!nk. Given that this is the last round, there were no more clues for the detectives, but they did allow the contestants to share what winning would mean to them without the voice changer on, giving them a peek at their speaking voice.
Cat Witch
“Greedy” by Tate McRae was the finale song of choice for Cat Witch, who made one last appearance before the detectives and audience voted for the winner. While sharing what being on the show meant to them, Ora appeared to recognize their voice, saying she knew it “very well.”
