KKR players (Pic credit: IPL) NEW DELHI: Three-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders opened their Indian Premier League 2026 campaign against five-time champions Mumbai Indians away from home at the Wankhede Stadium on March 29.After finishing a lowly eighth in the standings last season, the 2024 champions will be looking for a turnaround this year. Following their opener in Mumbai, KKR will play three matches on the trot at their home ground — Eden Gardens — starting with a clash against Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 2.KKR have a strong home record, and these matches will give them a chance to build momentum early in the season.
