The Eagles have a need at safety after Reed Blankenship departed as a free agent. Their top options to replace him are Marcus Epps and Michael Carter II — not necessarily entrenched starters. The Eagles can always add to the roster, but there’s not a far-fetched pathway to a roster spot. Wisniewski is 6-3 and 219 pounds with significant college experience at both North Dakota State and Texas.
He was a consensus All-American in 2023 at NDSU and led FCS with eight interceptions, and he was a full-time starter at Texas Tech last season.
