Little said the supporters were “absolutely terrified” about what the result of the match might be.
“If we get to Wembley, I don’t care what happens in that game; we’re at Wembley,” Little said.
“But if we lost this one, it would be depressing. I’d be distraught.”
Brighton won 2-0 against Arsenal in the quarter final of the competition, while Liverpool were 1-0 winners away at Charlton.
Caroline Sturtridge, who was also on the bus, said: “I’m pretty confident, I think we’re going do it. We’re going to get to Wembley.
“It’s fantastic and to see so many people coming is fantastic. Our end’s going to be rocking and I can’t wait.”
Albion have gone six games unbeaten in all competitions and sit in sixth place in the Women’s Super League (WSL) table.
