Bandai Namco reveals exactly what time the Tekken 8 patch 3.01.01 server maintenance period will begin today

Kunimitsu is the first character that’ll be released for Season 3 of Tekken 8. She’ll precede Bob, Roger Jr. and Yujiro Hanma from the Grappler Baki series.
As a standalone character, Kunimitsu will become available on June 1, but those with Season 3 Pass will gain early access to her starting on May 28 (May 27 for those of us living in the West). Of course, this means that a new patch will need to be released to make the character compatible for everyone.
As such, patch 3.01.01 will soon be upon us. Bandai Namco has announced when the patch will drop. Indeed, this is effectively an “announcement of an announcement.”
“A patch for Tekken 8 will drop on May 28 at 0:00 CEST | May 27 15:00 PDT | May 28 7:00 JST,” said Bandai Namco over social media. “This patch intends to support Kunimitsu Early Access, correct unintended behavior and etc. Details of the update will be provided in the patch notes on the day of release.”
“To deploy Tekken 8 Patch 3.01.01, a maintenance will be performed on the servers on May 27 at 23:30 CEST | May 27 14:30 PDT | May 28 6:30 JST.”
In other words, the server maintenance period will begin at 2:30 p.m. PDT and 5:30 p.m. EDT. The patch itself will go live about 30 minutes later. The patch notes themselves will likely drop later today.
