Prem Rugby: Team news from the weekend’s six matches

Mark McCall’s final home game in charge of Saracens after 15 years at the helm, aptly against London rivals Harlequins, will no doubt be an emotional occasion, to add to the usual passion of a derby.
But their focus will also be on a win that would boost their play-off hopes going into the final game at Exeter.
McCall makes three changes to the Sarries side that beat Gloucester last time out, with Eroni Mawi replacing Rhys Carre at loosehead prop, and former Quins forward Hugh Tizard in for Theo McFarland in the second row. Nick Isiekwe shifts to blindside flanker.
Tobias Elliott comes in on the left wing in the only change to the Saracens backline, replacing Rotimi Segun, who picked up a knee injury against Gloucester.
Harlequins are looking to hold off Gloucester for a Champions Cup spot, and have made two changes to the team that dispatched Exeter Chiefs.
Will Porter replaces Lucas Friday at scrum-half, reuniting him at halfback with Marcus Smith in the Prem for the first time since January. Sean Kerr comes in for Luke Northmore at outside centre.
Vice-captain Cadan Murley makes his 150th appearance for the club, while Chandler Cunningham-South clocks up 50 games. Jack Musk will also reach 50 games if he appears from the bench.
