Jacob Fatu falls in line, despite Jey Uso’s ‘punk ass’ (Updated)

Earlier today (June 1), WWE World Heavyweight champion and Bloodline Tribal Chief Roman Reigns posted the following on social media:

The OTC was, of course, referring to his victory over Jacob Fatu in Tribal Combat yesterday at Clash in Italy. That win means Fatu will have to Acknowledge Reigns as his Tribal Chief, and follow Roman’s orders alongside The Usos as a member of The Bloodline.

Fatu didn’t enter with his cousins, which caused Jey to get worried. But the champ was in a good mood, especially after the Turin crowd serenaded him for ten minutes to start Raw. And the Samoan Werewolf did eventually show up…

And while he did make acknowledge Reigns’ victory, he reminded Jey that he didn’t lose to his “punk ass”. But he’s taken lots of losses, and is proud his kids saw him take on like a man and keep his word. Then he took the knee and held his hand up to his Tribal Chief.

Roman took it, and told Jacob he doesn’t understand now, but he loves him.

The Bloodline’s newest member was the last to put “the ones” up at the end of the segment, and you do have to wonder who can stop Reigns if Fatu really is a convert.

UPDATE: In a later segment, we see The Bloodline watching the recap of Roman’s post-Clash interview. Reigns actually acknowledges Jey’s World Heavyweight title reign, telling him the table has two head seats. The Chief wants him to win King of the Ring, beat Rhodes for the WWE title, and take his place in that other seat. He also needs him to stay on Fatu, since he’s a graduate of the same “tough love” program. He also tells Big Jim that his twin needs to do this alone, and they both seem to think he’s up for it…

Be pretty shocking if we don’t get a big Jey/Jacob match soon, but there are still a few ways this can go, and I’m intrigued. Now back to your previous sign-off.

We shall see. Fantasy book the rest of this story below, and get your earlier than usual Raw live blog needs filled here.
