Two fishermen are dead after running into trouble off the Baie Verte Peninsula.
The two perished near the small community of Harbour Round yesterday afternoon. Another person was rescued.
Area MHA Lin Paddock says the loss resonates with those right across the province.
In a post to Facebook, Premier Tony Wakeham says his thoughts are with residents and family members of the deceased, as well as the survivor.
