Littleton Football Club in North Littleton, near Evesham, has applied to Wychavon District Council for a lawful development certificate.
It says there are “no hardstanding or permanent buildings proposed to be erected” as part of the plan.
Work would include an open-sided gazebo, footpaths covered with chipbark, wicker fencing, and a small storage shed.
The plan shows the play area would be in a corner of the site furthest away from the main road.
