Coco Jones and Donovan Mitchell Got Married

Coco Jones and Donovan Mitchell are officially husband and wife. Over the weekend, the Grammy winner wed the Cleveland Cavaliers star in Greenwich, Connecticut, exactly one year after their 2025 engagement. For the nuptials, Jones wore a floor-length mermaid gown with a crystal-dotted bodice and a lace veil. Mitchell also wore all white, including custom Adidas sneakers with the couple’s wedding date embroidered in gold. They exchanged “I do”s in front of some of the NBA’s biggest stars, including Jaylen Brown and Jalen Brunson.

After the ceremony, the couple navigated to a fittingly all-white dance floor, where they shared their first dance to Musiq Soulchild’s “Love.” Also in attendance were Russell Wilson and Ciara, who shared a video of the moment to her Instagram story, calling the newlyweds the “Real Live Black Ken and Barbie.” From there, the wedding turned into an all-out, high-energy party: Jones changed into a mini-dress with sheer sleeves covered in white floral appliqués, and the groom, at one point, threw on some shades and hopped on the mic.

Even as a mere spectator of this extravaganza, I know two things to be true. One, these two seem very in love, and two, they know how to throw one hell of a party. I’m sure these fairy-tale visuals will be hitting the Pinterest boards of brides around America as we speak.
