Telegram briefly disappeared from the Apple App Store with no explanation

Users noticed that Telegram was no longer available on the App Store in several countries including the United States, but it returned shortly after its disappearance without explanation.
Telegram is known widely as a secure alternative to Messenger, WhatsApp, and iMessage. Its cross-platform availability and options for end-to-end encryption have made it attractive to privacy and security-conscious users.
Reports began showing up across social media of Telegram disappearing from the Apple App Store around 9:30 p.m. EST on Monday night. Users searching the App Store or opening a direct link to the app showed that it was no longer available.
Neither Apple nor Telegram has shared any details on why the app would suddenly be removed or its return. It is likely something related to App Review that had the app listing removed.
Whatever the case, the app listing has returned to the App Store. Those that had the app already installed were unaffected by the removal.
