Big Cass is back in the WWE for the first time since 2018.
He made his return at Raw on Monday after SummerSlam this weekend, stepping into the ring and making an attack on Je’Von Evans.
Big Cass was on the WWE roster from 2011 to 2018 before going independent for a few years. He then joined Impact Wrestling in 2021 before moving to AEW in 2026.
After his contract ended in July and he disbanded with Paid In Full, rumors began to swirl about Big Cass making a return to WWE. Big Cass and WWE reportedly planned to reunite as early as May, and he officially rejoined the company shortly after the end of his contract with AEW.
His return to WWE was teased during the July 13 episode of Raw when a promo aired clips of him, followed by a voice that said, “What happens when the whole world calls you ‘can’t miss?’ What happens when the whole world is wrong?”
The broadcast then showed a date of Aug. 3, which is ultimately when Big Cass made his return.
With Big Cass now back in the fold, questions arise about whether he’ll reunite with his former partner Enzo Amore. While Amore did not make his return on Monday, he reportedly trained at the WWE Performance Center earlier this summer, which indicates he’ll follow Big Cass’ lead.
What exactly comes next for Cass following his attack on Evans remains to be seen.
