The freshman point guard has decided to declare for the NBA draft while maintaining his college eligibility, as well as entering the transfer portal.
Reports are that Villanova made a very competitive NIL offer to retain Lewis, but he has decided to (likely) move along anyway. The Wildcats will look to do the same in short order.
