No More Gatekeeping: Visit All the Calabasas Confidential Filming Locations

The friends (and frenemies) of Calabasas Confidential don’t always get along. But when it comes to living large, stirring up drama, and knowing exactly where to be seen, they’re all on the same page.
Born and raised inside “the bubble” (aka the elite Los Angeles suburb), these locals have mastered the fine art of turning casual kickbacks into main-character moments. It helps that many of them are Calabasas royalty. Just ask Hercy, son of hip-hop mogul Master P and the self-described “King of Calabasas,” or Emma, whose family has been here “since before the Kardashians.” Whether it’s hiking up almost 400 stairs for the views and a workout, or posting up at La La Land for a little caffeine and a lot of socializing, this friend group knows all the hot spots.

Calabasas Coffee House
23500 Park Sorrento, Ste. A3, Calabasas
“Calabasas Coffee House has been my hot spot recently,” Hercy tells Tudum. The coastal-chic café offers specialty coffee, seasonal drinks, and an array of pastries. “CCH has the best matcha,” Raine adds. That’s high praise considering the litany of options across the city. However, with fresh offerings like their iced strawberry matcha, made with homemade purée and topped with the shop’s signature cold foam, it’s easy to see why. The neighborhood coffee shop regularly hosts community events, including its own CCH Run Club. Local Calabasas pups are welcome — even encouraged!
Calabasas Pickleball Club
5155 Old Scandia Ln., Calabasas
“It’s not the worst ball I’ve had thrown in my face,” Emma says when Nicole and Raine send a wayward pickleball her way in Episode 1. The Calabasas Pickleball Club quickly becomes the group’s go-to meeting spot for dissecting old rumors and discovering new ones. Emma returns to the courts in Episode 4 for a boys vs. girls game, teaming up with Suede, Preston, and Hercy. When the crew isn’t swinging paddles — or picking sides — they’re “getting the shakes” at Robin’s Pilates, a reformer class located within the fitness club. In Episode 3, Alexie leads Amelie and Emma in a leg-wobbling workout.
Calabasas Stairs
25169 Calabasas Rd., Calabasas
“If you want to get a good workout in — and possibly get bitten by a snake on the walk there — the Calabasas Stairs will whip you into summer shape,” Alexie tells Tudum. No, it’s not a gym class. It’s a trailhead in the Santa Monica Mountains. With 375 stairs along a slope, the route (also known as the Hidden Staircase) is just under 1.5 miles long up and back and gains 330 feet of elevation. Depending on your fitness level, it should take less than an hour to finish, and the view of the verdant valley makes the climb worth it. The best part? It’s only about a 15-minute drive to the nearest Erewhon for a victory post-hike smoothie.
Celé Wellness
30770 Russell Ranch Rd., Ste. H, Westlake Village
In Episode 6, Suede and Nicole enjoy a sound bath at Celé Wellness, a full-service spa that offers a traditional sauna, red light therapy, cold plunges, and more. The two quickly surrender to the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The goal is to enter a meditative state, but Nicole admits she almost fell asleep. “My first sound bath experience was absolutely incredible,” Suede says. “I felt this wave of emotion at one point.” Mostly because she was thinking about Dylan, but still!
Erewhon
26767 Agoura Rd., Calabasas
Thanks to TikTok, Erewhon isn’t exactly a kept secret. Still, it’s a crucial stopping point for many of the Calabasas Confidential crew if they want to reward themselves for getting through a tough Pilates class. “Erewhon is basically my second home, so I’m very passionate about this topic,” Alexie tells Tudum. While most people are familiar with the high-end grocery store for its celebrity-backed smoothies, Alexie has a hot take. “I’m skipping the smoothies and going straight to the hot bar,” she says. “My go-to order is the kale and white bean salad, Japanese sweet potatoes, and the short ribs.” Alexie, Emilie, and Emma all agree the Calabasas location is “so much better” than the others in and around LA.
Health Nut
23365 Mulholland Dr., Woodland Hills
“Real Calabasas locals know about Health Nut,” Alexie tells Tudum. She still remembers the original location, a tiny vitamin and supplement shop that smelled “slightly questionable.” Emilie and Emma meet at the Woodland Hills location in Episode 6 to discuss the whole “Ben situation” that went down at the rooftop party. Before digging in, the two bonded over their go-to orders. Emilie loves the Noodlerama bowl, with a custom mix of Spicy Asian and house dressing. Emma likes to add rice noodles to the Chinese chicken salad for an added crunch. Neither starts eating until giving their bowls a good shake, an homage to the Kardashians, of course.
i|O Hollywood Rooftop Lounge
1400 Cahuenga Blvd. Los Angeles
At the Calabasas High mini-reunion in Episode 5, Ben wasn’t the only one who deserved attention: Just look at that pool! Located on the seventh floor of the Godfrey Hotel Hollywood, the rooftop lounge spans 12,000 square feet and features two bars, panoramic views of Downtown LA, and, of course, that majestic swimming pool. Despite the vast amount of space, Emilie and Ben still managed to get caught in a not-so-sneaky make-out sesh. Who knows? Maybe they wanted to be seen.
La La Land
4799 Commons Way, Calabasas
Located within The Commons shopping center is an oasis of butter-yellow cups and baristas who say, “I love you.” La La Land is a go-to coffee spot for the cast to catch up on the latest gossip. “Every time I go here, I’m like, ‘Who am I going to see?’” Jemma says in Episode 2. While La La Land has multiple locations across Arizona, Tennessee, and Texas, the Calabasas location once boasted its own special menu item — The Suede, the influencer’s eponymous banana cream matcha latte. Jodie likes to skip the signature matcha for a Maple Sea Salt latte, featuring real maple syrup.
Lumber + Linen
28918 Roadside Dr., Agoura Hills
In Episode 6, Alexie describes Lumber + Linen to Raine as “the most you-store ever.” Despite growing up with a rock star as a father, it’s clear Bret Michaels’s daughter prefers the quiet atmosphere of a home and garden store to a wild night out. And why not? It’s easier to catch up over matchas from Moonphaze Coffee, located within the shop, than shout over overpriced espresso martinis. Later in the same episode, Suede and Dylan take advantage of the shop’s quiet backyard to rehash the details of their harrowing sushi date. When Lumber + Linen isn’t home for a good gossip sesh, it regularly hosts workshops ranging from succulent arranging to “watercoloring.”
Shibuya
4774 Park Granada, Calabasas
It takes a lot for Emilie to confess her favorite spot in Calabasas. “Ugh, if I have to say … It’s Shibuya,” she tells Tudum. Nicole and Jemma concur. “It’s the best sushi in the world,” Jemma adds. Even though the restaurant doesn’t take reservations, locals are willing to wait in long lines around the block, which is why Emilie hesitates to draw more attention to it. Shibuya recently opened a second Calabasas location on Las Virgenes Road, which follows the same strict first-come, first-served policy. Thankfully, this one allows takeout.
Yamashiro Hollywood
1999 N. Sycamore Ave., Los Angeles
“I didn’t know you had a little Yamashiro date up your sleeve,” Suede says to Dylan when they arrive at the legendary location in Episode 4. Besides being the site of their fateful dinner, Yamashiro is no stranger to drama, nor the big screen. The Japanese restaurant has been a popular filming location since the 1920s, including recently for Nocturnal Animals (2016) and Memoirs of a Geisha (2005). It’s not hard to see why. The estate sits in the Hollywood Hills with a panorama of Los Angeles, from the Griffith Observatory to the Hollywood sign. Suede didn’t stick around that night to enjoy her sushi, but this spot is more about the view than the food anyway.
