Friends group unveils new logo celebrating park and community

Their new logo marks nine years since the group was founded and aims to better reflect the evolving identity of the Friends of Horsham Park.

It features two stylised trees forming the letter H, which also suggest two people standing side by side.

Sally Sanderson, chair of the Friends of Horsham Park, said: “Our original tree logo served us well but the new identity captures what the Friends are all about: protecting, enhancing and promoting the park for everyone in Horsham to enjoy.

“This year has been a momentous one for the park, after securing Fields in Trust status, meaning it is protected in perpetuity.

“The Friends campaigned for many years to achieve this and we are grateful to Horsham District Council for securing our wonderful park as an open and welcoming green space for generations to come.”

The branding also celebrates the park’s wildlife and community, featuring imagery of stag beetles, hedgehogs, paw prints and skateboards.

The group’s newly redesigned website already reflects the refreshed branding, which will also feature on materials at future events.
