On Monday, Nov. 3, the Pretty Little Liars alum shared a clip of her 40th birthday celebrations, which included a trip to a camping site with her husband Patrick J. Adams, whom she married in 2016 and their daughters, Aurora, 7, and Elliot, 4.

Closing her birthday tribute, Bellisario, who turned 40 on Oct. 28, then said, “Here comes a new decade and a whole new human to go with it.”

In the footage, Bellisario’s husband could be seen driving a camper van to a home in a remote desert-like area.

Loved ones were seen preparing food in the kitchen before setting a long table.

Bellisario then appeared to pose with her baby bump while lying on a blanket.

“My 40th birthday was definitely one for the books. I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone who planned,” she wrote in her caption. “Showed up. Cooked. Photographed. And most of all loved me. Cheers to my bday twin and queen @ladyluofthewolves who is underrepresented in this vid because she was working so hard and watching her babes.”

She added, “Thank you to @cherylpickles for the most insane home cooked meal I’ve ever had. To @arrri_b for the beautiful hand drawn friggin T shirts! To @kaitjoseph and @maxmagpie for the laughs, adventures, games and cartwheels galore. To @saaaaaaaaaaraaaaaaaaaaah for being my long time bestie and always showing up with love.”

Bellisario then gave a special shout-out to her man, 44, “and the most amazing human I’ve ever met @patrickjadams who knew just what I wanted.”

“Gave me the camera to start experimenting, drove our camper van two days during his shoot just to be there in person and brought our girls so we could be a family in the middle of it all,” she added. “ I love you so much and I’m so beyond grateful for everything that you do and have done to make this life an adventure of goodness and love.”

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Adams penned a sweet message on Instagram to the pair’s unborn baby as he shared a photo of Bellisario and her baby bump.

“We don’t know your name yet. We don’t know your gender. We don’t know what your smile looks like or what your first laugh will do to our hearts. We don’t know what will make you laugh or cry or what food you will fall in love with first,” he wrote.

He then added, “What we do know is that we have an infinite supply of love waiting for you. Love, laughter, tears, dance parties, lullabies and lessons.”

“We’ll show you some stuff but you will teach us everything else. We don’t know much but we know there is nothing we want to be more than your parents,” he continued. “It’s a strange stage you’re about to walk out on but we’ll be right there with you for the whole terrifying, wonderful and beautiful show. Thanks for choosing us. We will always choose you. Soon.”
