After having almost 10 days off, your Kitchener Rangers are back in action to kick off the second half of the season.

Kitchener is coming off its latest win against the Owen Sound Attack back on December 19, with a score of 4-1. Heading into the break, the Rangers were on a three-game win streak with a record of 21-10-3-0 and 45 points, sitting atop the Midwest Division.

This will be the fourth matchup for the Otters and the Rangers this season, with the blueshirts losing a close one at 3-2 when they last faced off during Teddy Bear Night on December 2. Kitchener took the first two matchups back on September 20 and September 29.

Captain Cameron Reid will not be in the lineup as he is in Minnesota playing for Team Canada at the 2026 World Junior Hockey Championship.

Puck drop is at 2 p.m. and you can catch all the action on 570 News Radio starting at 1:30 p.m.
