A section of roadway in east end had been closed following a multi-vehicle collision

The Sault Ste Marie Police Service have advised that they have completed their investigation into the motor vehicle collision that had occurred in the area of Black Rd and Second Line East.
All lanes of traffic are now open.
Police would like to thank the public for their patience during the road closure.

Sault Ste. Marie police are asking motorists to avoid the area of Black Road and Second Line East following a multi-vehicle collision.
In a brief news release issued shortly after 8 p.m., police said the area is currently closed to traffic while officers respond to the scene.
Drivers are advised to take alternate routes.
