Are there any bowl games tonight? College football schedule for Jan. 7

CFP Fiesta Bowl: Can Ole Miss stay locked in amid the outside noise surrounding Lane and coaching changes?
With outside distractions swirling around Lane and potential coaching departures, Ole Miss enters the CFP Fiesta Bowl facing a key question: can the Rebels block out the chaos and stay focused on the field?
The College Football Playoff is creeping toward its conclusion, as just three games remain in the 2025 college football season.
The three college football games remaining, of course, are the CFP semifinals and final.
The first semifinal to be played will be the Fiesta Bowl on Thursday, Jan. 8, when Miami faces Ole Miss at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. A day later on Friday, Jan. 9, top-rated Indiana faces Oregon in an all-Big Ten semifinal in the Peach Bowl at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
The CFP national championship game will be held Monday, Jan. 19 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
How about the other, non-College Football Playoff bowl games? Sorry to disappoint you, but all 36 of those bowl games – from the LA Bowl on Dec. 13 to the Holiday Bowl on Jan. 2 – have been played. In addition, the championship games for the lower levels – FCS (Montana State), Division II (Ferris State) and Division III (Wisconsin-River Falls) – also have been played.
Here’s the schedule for this year’s remaining college football games:
