The price of sending a letter in and from Guernsey is set to increase from 1 April.
Posting a standard letter locally will rise from 69p to 75p, with a UK standard letter rising from £1.37 to £1.45. However, all parcel rates will remain the same.
Guernsey Post said it continued to face cost pressures within its supply chain, but had “absorbed a significant proportion of the increases which is reflected in this year’s tariff”.
It also confirmed a new tracked service to send parcels to the UK was due to launch in the summer.
