Freeze this morning with rain chances in the forecast

Temperatures will be around 10 degrees lower than normal on Tuesday

TIME NOW IS 644. WE’RE TAKING A LIVE LOOK AT THE INNER HARBOR. THE AQUARIUM THERE. NO BOOKS OUT THERE. PERUSING AROUND THE INNER HARBOR, BUT IT IS VERY COLD, SO IF THEY WERE, THEY DEFINITELY, DEFINITELY WOULD BE WEARING A COAT. IT IS COLD OUTSIDE. IF YOU HAVE ANY PLANTS, YOU WANT TO BE MINDFUL OF THE FREEZE WARNING. HOPEFULLY LAST NIGHT BEFORE YOU HEAD TO BED, YOU COVERED UP ANY PLANTS. YOU WERE ABLE TO BRING THEM INSIDE BECAUSE THE FREEZE WARNING EXTENDS ACROSS MUCH OF THE STATE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GARRETT AND ALLEGANY COUNTY. NOT REALLY SEEING ANYTHING AFFECTING THE TEMPERATURES AFFECTING THE GROWING SEASON THERE. BUT MANY FOLKS HAVE YOUNG PLANTS HERE IN OUR AREA. CHECK OUT THESE TEMPERATURES 32 AT BWI MARSHALL, 26 IN WOODSTOCK, 27 AND FREDERICK 34 IN WESTMINSTER. PARKTON IN THE 20S, EVEN BELAIR IN THE 20S TO START THE DAY. IT IS VERY COLD AGAIN. BRING THE COAT DRESS IN LAYERS IF YOU’RE HEADING TO THE BUS STOP, AND THEN YOU MAY BE ABLE TO PEEL OFF SOME OF THE LAYERS TOWARDS THE AFTERNOON HOURS WHEN WE’LL WARM UP INTO THE UPPER 50S TO LOW 60S. BUT LOOKING INTO OUR FORECAST FOR TOMORROW, THAT’S WHERE WE’RE GOING TO HAVE OUR NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN. INCREASING CLOUDS TONIGHT. AND THEN WE’LL START OFF IN THE 40S AND 50S LOOKING AT THOSE RAIN SHOWER CHANCES EXTENDING THROUGH THAT 8 A.M. HOUR ON WEDNESDAY, AND THEN SPOTTY CHANCES THROUGHOUT LUNCHTIME. SO TONIGHT, AGAIN, FALLING INTO THE 40S AND 50S A MILDER START TO THE DAY TOMORROW THAT WILL SET US UP FOR A NICE, NICE WARM UP TODAY. WE’RE IN THE 60S. AND AS WE LOOK AT OUR SEVEN DAY FORECAST HERE, IT IS GOING TO BE A DRY DAY. TODAY WE GOT THAT IMPACT ICON ON FOR THAT FREEZE WARNING. THAT FREEZE WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 10 A.M. AND SO ONCE THAT FREEZE WARNING EXPIRES, THEN WE CAN GET RID OF THAT IMPACT ICON AGAIN. THAT’S JUST FOR THE MORNING HOURS. 60 IS GOING TO BE OUR AFTERNOON HIGH. THAT IS STILL BELOW WHERE WE SHOULD BE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. THE NORMAL HIGH IS 69. WE’RE GOING TO BE A COUPLE OF DEGREES BELOW THAT. BUT TOMORROW WARMER WEATHER IS ON THE WAY. WE’LL HAVE TEMPERATURES MAKING IT INTO THE 70S. THAT IS A COUPLE OF DEGREES ABOVE THE AVERAGE. NOW WE ARE GOING TO INCREASE IN CLOUD COVER OVERNIGHT. AND THEN THAT WILL GIVE US A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS 30% CHANCE, ESPECIALLY DURING THE MORNING HOURS AS YOU’RE HEADING OUT FOR YOUR MORNING COMMUTE. THAT’S WHEN YOU CAN SEE SOME MORE CONSISTENT RAIN SHOWERS. I WOULD SAY AROUND THIS TIME TOMORROW. AND THEN CLOUDY SKIES WILL STICK AROUND FOR MUCH OF THE DAY. THURSDAY. THAT MAYBE THE BEST DAY OF THE WHOLE WEEK. 75 AND PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. DRY TEMPERATURES ARE DRY CONDITIONS WITH NICE TEMPERATURES. EVEN ON FRIDAY, WE’LL HAVE A CHANCE OF SHOWERS. 20% CHANCE 77 IS GOING TO BE THE AFTERNOON HIGH. NOW, AS YOU’RE MOVING TOWARDS THE WEEKEND, WE’RE GOING TO BRING IN OUR NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN SATURDAY AFTERNOON. A 60% CHANCE OF RAIN. THAT IS MORE LIKELY. SO WE’RE GOING TO KEEP AN EYE ON TH
