Law enforcement has responded to an incident at Jensen Beach High School on Tuesday afternoon.Your neighborhood: Local coverage from WPBF 25 NewsDetails are very limited and WPBF 25 News has a crew heading to the school.The Martin County Sheriff’s Office released the following statement:”There is a significant law enforcement presence in and around Jensen Beach High School following an anonymous call to our Dispatch Center reporting a bomb threat and an active shooter. Out of an abundance of caution, the school has been placed on lockdown. At this time, all students are safe. There is no active shooter, and that report has been determined to be false. There is also no indication the threat is credible; however, the Sheriff’s Office is continuing to handle the situation out of an abundance of caution.The School District will provide guidance shortly on student dismissal and pick-up procedures. Please wait for official instructions before coming to campus.There is no additional information at this time.”In a message to parents and guardians, Jensen Beach High School confirmed anonymous information was reported to the Stuart Police Department regarding weapons at Jensen Beach High School.The high school added law enforcement responded and searched the campus. The high school also confirmed that students and staff are safe. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office released the following statement:
