Celtic are the Scottish Premiership champions after beating Hearts in a tense and exciting final match of the season.
Going into the game, Hearts had been one point ahead of second-placed Celtic in the table, meaning that a win or a draw would have been enough for Hearts to win the league.
Celtic needed to win the match, if they were to overtake Hearts at the top, and lift the trophy.
Hearts were on course to become champions until the 87th minute of the game, when two late goals from Celtic meant they took home the title for the fifth year in a row.
