Reality TV star on ‘Street Outlaws’ charged with stalking in Steuben County

Bath, N.Y. — An out-of-state man has been charged for planting a tracker one someone’s vehicle in Steuben County, according to the Bath Village Police Department.
Officers responded Tuesday night to Buell Street in Bath for a report of someone tampering with a vehicle, police said.
After reviewing surveillance camera footage, investigators determined David Comstock, 53, of Oklahoma reaching underneath the parked vehicle and placed a GPS tracking device in an attempt to track the owner, according to police.
TMZ says Comstock stars on reality TV show “Street Outlaws” as “Daddy Dave.”

Comstock was arrested and charged with third-degree tampering and fourth-degree stalking, police said. He was arraigned at Steuben County Jail and released from custody. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
