Sandy neighborhood asked to shelter in place due to domestic disturbance, shooting

SANDY Ore. (KPTV) – A neighborhood in Sandy has been asked to shelter in place while police respond to a domestic disturbance and shooting on Sunday afternoon, according to dispatch.
At 4 p.m., Clackamas Fire was sent to the area of Evan Street in connection to the incident, including two Life Flight helicopters, according to dispatch information.
Shortly after 5 p.m., Sandy Police said they and other agencies were responding to a domestic disturbance and reported shooting near Ross Ave and Evans Street.
Police said the area wasn’t safe and asked people who live nearby to lock their doors and stay inside.
Meanwhile, just before 5 p.m., Scott Keyser, the mayor of Molalla, another town in Clackamas County, posted the following to his official Facebook page:
