Tier 1 | Elite Quarterbacks for Week 10
Lamar Jackson | Baltimore Ravens
After a three-game absence due to injury, Lamar Jackson returned with a vengeance, tossing four touchdowns in a Thursday night beatdown of Miami. He only needed five carries for 14 yards as the passing attack carried Baltimore to victory. Minnesota ranks 13th in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks, but Jackson remains the QB1 in points per game (24.2) and looks poised to keep the Ravens rolling toward the playoffs.
Jaxson Dart | New York Giants
The QB5 since Week 5 gets his juiciest matchup yet as he faces a Chicago defense allowing the fourth-most points to quarterbacks. Since taking over in Week 4, Jaxson Dart leads the league in QB rushing yards and is tied with Josh Allen for the most rushing touchdowns (5).
Tier 2 | Week 10 Must-Start Quarterbacks
Jalen Hurts | Philadelphia Eagles
The Packers have been top 10 against quarterbacks and allow the fewest rushing yards to the position. Jalen Hurts, the QB4 in points per game, has relied more on his passing lately, ranking top five in yards and touchdowns through the air over his last four starts, but his “tush push” upside always keeps him in elite territory.
Caleb Williams | Chicago Bears
There’s no QB more Jekyll and Hyde than Caleb Williams, who’s posted two QB1 overall finishes and four games outside the top 20. Despite the volatility, he’s averaging just over 20 points per game (QB10 on the season). A matchup with the Giants, who allow the seventh-most fantasy points to quarterbacks, gives him another shot to flash that elite ceiling.
Tier 3 | Mid-Tier QB1 Options for Week 10
Sam Darnold | Seattle Seahawks
Since Week 3, Sam Darnold has been the QB11 in points per game and is coming off his second 300-yard, four-touchdown performance. He’s earned trust with three top-10 finishes in his last four games, but Week 10 brings a major challenge against Arizona’s top-10 pass defense that just shut down Dak Prescott.
Baker Mayfield | Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Through the first six weeks, Baker Mayfield ranked as the QB4 in points per game. But the two games before the bye, injuries to his weapons tanked his output (8.6 ppg). The Patriots have allowed the 11th-fewest points to quarterbacks, and with Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving still out, along with Mike Evans’ season likely over, Mayfield’s ceiling remains capped.
Daniel Jones | Indianapolis Colts
Despite throwing for a season-high 342 yards, Daniel Jones hurt fantasy managers with three interceptions and a lost fumble. Once a steady QB1 option (QB8 prior to Week 9), he now faces a Falcons defense ranked 6th against QBs, which should limit his ceiling.
Matthew Stafford | Los Angeles Rams
The NFL leader in passing yards per game, Matthew Stafford has racked up 21 touchdowns and kept the Rams offense humming. Puka Nacua’s health remains a question after his latest injury scare, but Stafford should still be viewed as a backend QB1 against a middle-of-the-pack 49ers defense.
Tiers 4 – 6 Week 10 Quarterback Rankings
Tier 4 | Fringe Quarterback Starters / Strong QB2 Plays for Week 10
J.J. McCarthy | Minnesota Vikings
Fresh off a huge divisional win over Detroit, J.J. McCarthy accounted for three total touchdowns in his return. Baltimore’s defense looked shaky earlier in the season but has tightened up, ranking sixth-toughest against QBs over the last two weeks. McCarthy’s talent is clear, but keep expectations modest in his fourth professional start.
Marcus Mariota | Washington Commanders
With Jayden Daniels sidelined, Marcus Mariota steps back in for a Commanders team desperate to stay competitive. He’s averaged 17.3 points per game as a spot starter and adds a rushing floor that keeps him in the Superflex mix. Detroit’s defense has allowed the 10th-most points to QBs, but Mariota remains a volatile play.
Tier 5 | Superflex and Matchup-Based Quarterbacks for Week 10
Brock Purdy / Mac Jones | San Francisco 49ers
Whether it’s Brock Purdy or Mac Jones under center, neither brings much fantasy excitement this week. The Rams have held opposing quarterbacks to just 15 points per game, fifth-best in the league, making this a matchup to avoid even if George Kittle gets more involvement.
Jacoby Brissett | Arizona Cardinals
It’s clear the Cardinals’ offense runs smoother with Jacoby Brissett than Kyler Murray, and putting Murray on IR ensures us four more weeks of Brissett. Seattle’s defense allows just 17 fantasy points per game to QBs, but Brissett raises the floor for every skill player in this offense.
Trevor Lawrence | Houston Texans
One of the league’s most frustrating former No. 1 picks, Trevor Lawrence still hasn’t put together a full season of consistent play. Completing under 60% of his passes with a 9:6 TD-to-INT ratio, he now faces a Houston defense ranked No. 1 against quarterbacks. This is a week to fade Lawrence in all formats.
Tier 6 | Emergency Week 10 Streaming Quarterbacks
Dillon Gabriel | Cleveland Browns
In his four starts, Dillon Gabriel ranks 33rd among quarterbacks in points per game and looks overwhelmed in the NFL. It’s only a matter of time before Shedeur Sanders gets his opportunity.
Tyler Shough | New Orleans Saints
Expectations were low for Tyler Shough, and he showed that with just 10.2 points last week. Now he travels to Carolina, whose defense ranks top-10 against QBs — making him completely unstartable in all formats.

Tier 1 | Elite Running Backs for Week 10
Christian McCaffrey | San Francisco 49ers
The unstoppable force meets the immovable object when Christian McCaffrey, fantasy’s RB1, faces the Rams’ top-ranked run defense. He’s second in the league in receptions, behind only Ja’Marr Chase, and already over 1,200 scrimmage yards. No defense has proven capable of containing McCaffrey, and the Rams likely either.
Jonathan Taylor / Bijan Robinson | Indianapolis Colts / Atlanta Falcons
Both teams are built around their superstar backs. Jonathan Taylor and Bijan Robinson rank RB2 and RB3 overall, respectively, and this matchup should be fireworks. The Colts have the ninth-best defense against RBs, while the Falcons have the ninth-worst. Both remain elite options for fantasy lineups.
Tier 2 | Top RB1 Options for Week 10
James Cook / De’Von Achane | Buffalo Bills / Miami Dolphins
Two of the league’s most explosive backs, James Cook and De’Von Achane, face off in a high scoring matchup. Both rank inside the top five among RBs and get defenses ranked bottom seven against the position. With 50+ total points expected, this game could fuel massive fantasy weeks for both.
Jahmyr Gibbs / David Montgomery | Detroit Lions
This backfield continues to thrive behind a thunder-and-lightning combo. Jahmyr Gibbs (RB8) and David Montgomery (RB23) balance explosive plays with steady volume. The Commanders have allowed 21.1 fantasy points per game to RBs, but they’ve struggled mightily versus receiving backs, ranking sixth-worst in yards allowed per target. That could set Gibbs up for a big bounce-back after his lowest output of the season.
Tier 3 | Reliable RB2s with Upside
Quinshon Judkins | Cleveland Browns
Outside his three-touchdown explosion against Miami, Quinshon Judkins has struggled in recent weeks, posting two single-digit outings against Pittsburgh and New England. Defenses have keyed on him with Dillon Gabriel under center, but the Jets, who’ve allowed the eighth-most rushing yards to RBs, offer a chance to rebound, especially with Quinnen Williams now gone.
Rico Dowdle | Carolina Panthers
When given the workhorse role, Rico Dowdle has averaged over 30 points per game, bulldozing defenses for 519 rushing yards, 95 receiving yards, and four TDs in his three starts. With Chuba Hubbard limited to just six touches last week, Dowdle is clearly the guy. Facing a Saints defense that’s surrendered the sixth-most rushing yards this season, he’s in line for another dominant performance.
Breece Hall | New York Jets
The Browns are a brutal matchup, second-best in the league against RBs and No. 1 at defending backs in the passing game. Even with Breece Hall coming off his best outing of the season, expectations should be tempered in Week 10 against an elite Cleveland defense.
Tiers 4 – 8 Week 10 Runningback Rankings
Tier 4 | Mid-Level RB2 / Flex Plays
Kimani Vidal | Los Angeles Chargers
Losing tackle Joe Alt is a crushing blow for the Chargers, and it showed. Kimani Vidal managed only 30 scoreless yards in Week 9. The Steelers have allowed the 10th-fewest points to RBs over the last month, despite facing Quinshon Judkins, Josh Jacobs, and Jonathan Taylor. It’s a tough spot, and expectations should be dialed back.
Devin Singletary | New York Giants
Much to Tyrone Tracy Jr. managers’ frustration, Devin Singletary led the backfield with a 55% snap share and eight carries, though Tracy saw more targets. A matchup against Chicago’s defense, which has given up the 10th-most points to RBs, presents a sneaky upside spot for Singletary and Tracy.
Kyle Monangai | Chicago Bears
No D’Andre Swift, no problem. Kyle Monangai delivered an RB3 finish in Week 9 with a league-leading 176 rushing yards, his second RB1 week in three games. With Swift back practicing, both backs’ ceilings lower slightly, but the Giants’ second-worst defense against RBs should keep their floors safe.
Aaron Jones / Jordan Mason | Minnesota Vikings
The Ravens’ run defense has improved dramatically, from second-worst to 11th-best over the past month. Aaron Jones returned from injury with his best yardage total of the season on 11 touches, while Jordan Mason matched him in carries but lacked efficiency. This remains a near-even timeshare, with Jones offering the PPR upside and Mason relying on touchdowns.
Tier 5 | Matchup-Based RB3s / Deep Flex Options
Travis Etienne | Jacksonville Jaguars
Fresh off his highest touch total of the season (22 carries, 5 receptions), Travis Etienne faces a Houston defense allowing under 20 points per game to RBs (11th-best). His dual-threat usage should maintain a strong floor even in a challenging matchup.
TreVeyon Henderson | New England Patriots
With Rhamondre Stevenson out, TreVeyon Henderson becomes a high-upside option after dominating snaps (75%) in Week 9. He out-touched Terrell Jennings 14–11 and saw six targets to one. Tampa Bay has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to RBs, mainly via the air, making Henderson a viable flex play if he starts.
Kenneth Walker / Zach Charbonnet | Seattle Seahawks
Since Week 4, Kenneth Walker has averaged just 8.2 ppg without a single RB2 finish, while Zach Charbonnet has four touchdowns and greater fantasy value overall. Arizona has allowed 20 points per game to RBs (14th-best), keeping both in flex territory, but Walker’s big-play magic has been missing for weeks.
Woody Marks | Houston Texans
The Jaguars have held RBs to just 19 ppg (eighth-best) but are vulnerable through the air, ranking eighth in receiving yards allowed to backs. Woody Marks has averaged four targets per game over the last three weeks and will need that passing work to stay fantasy-relevant in a timeshare with Nick Chubb.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt | Washington Commanders
Despite dominating backfield touches, Jacory Croskey-Merritt has averaged a poor 3.1 yards per carry and failed to reach double digits in four straight weeks. Detroit’s defense ranks third-toughest against RBs, making this another uphill battle.
Alvin Kamara | New Orleans Saints
Week 9 marked a career low for Alvin Kamara, with just 18 total yards and one reception. He’s posted three straight single-digit outings and hasn’t topped 10 carries in over a month. Even against a middling Carolina run defense, Kamara looks like he’s hit the cliff and isn’t a recommended start.
Tier 6 | Emergency or Committee Fliers
Emari Demercado / Bam Knight | Arizona Cardinals
After a weeklong speculation of who would lead the backfield, Emari Demercado led in carries (14–9) and snap share (57%–40%) over Bam Knight. Seattle’s 12th-ranked run defense won’t make things easy, and without a clear lead role, both backs are desperation options only.
Tier 7 | Deep-League Dart Throws
Volume-light backs who need a touchdown or long play. Allgeier and Corum are in tough matchups; rookies Gordon/Tuten carry volatile roles.
Tier 8 | Desperation Bench / Handcuffs

Tier 1 | Elite Wide Receivers for Week 10
Puka Nacua / Davante Adams | Los Angeles Rams
The WR1 and WR8 in points per game, Puka Nacua and Davante Adams command nearly 60% of Matthew Stafford’s targets, the highest duo share in the league. There’s no sign of slowdown for this elite tandem as they visit San Francisco, a defense allowing the 12th-most points to opposing wideouts.
Tier 2 | High-End WR1 Options for Week 10
Justin Jefferson / Jordan Addison | Minnesota Vikings
Even with shaky quarterback play, Justin Jefferson (WR11) and Jordan Addison (WR14) remain steady fantasy producers. Baltimore’s defense has improved since its bye, but it still ranks 13th in points allowed to WRs over the last two weeks. Expect J.J. McCarthy to lean heavily on his top two options in this matchup.
Emeka Egbuka | Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Excluding Week 6 when he left at halftime, Emeka Egbuka has been the WR10 on the season. Though he’s seen 20 targets over the past two games, inefficiency has limited him to 93 scoreless yards. The Patriots’ 12th-ranked pass defense and corner Christian Gonzalez will make Week 10 a tough test.
Tier 3 | Reliable WR2s and Flex Options
Garrett Wilson | New York Jets
Returning from a two-game absence, Garrett Wilson is ready to reclaim his WR1 form. Before the bye, he ranked sixth in targets and eighth overall in scoring (16.6 ppg). Cleveland’s defense is elite overall but middle of the pack versus WRs, leaving room for Wilson to pick up where he left off, assuming QB play holds up.
Marvin Harrison Jr. | Arizona Cardinals
Week 9’s breakout against Dallas (the league’s second-most generous defense to WRs) was a glimpse of what’s to come. With Jacoby Brissett under center for the next month, Marvin Harrison Jr. gains both floor and ceiling stability. Seattle’s ninth-ranked pass defense will be a tougher test, but Harrison Jr. remains a locked-in fantasy starter.
Nico Collins | Houston Texans
Despite a 24% target share, Nico Collins sits at WR26 with just one top-12 finish on the year. With a downgrade at quarterback, he’ll need another double-digit target game to deliver fantasy value. Jacksonville’s defense will make that an uphill battle.
Rome Odunze | Chicago Bears
The first four weeks of the season made Rome Odunze the WR3 overall, but since the bye, he’s averaged only 7 ppg and even posted a Week 9 goose egg. The Giants’ defense ranks sixth-worst against WRs, giving Odunze a prime rebound opportunity as Chicago’s top option looks to be more involved in the game plan.
Chris Olave | New Orleans Saints
With Rashid Shaheed traded, Chris Olave, the league’s second-most targeted WR, should see more volume. But in Tyler Shough’s first start, Olave posted his lowest target total of the season (4). Carolina’s stingy secondary ranks sixth-best versus WRs, so expect a capped ceiling in Week 10.
Tiers 4 – 7 Week 10 Fantasy Football WR Rankings & Tiers
Tier 4 | Solid WR2/WR3 Plays
Jaylen Waddle | Miami Dolphins
Since Tyreek Hill’s injury, Jaylen Waddle has thrived as Miami’s alpha receiver, ranking WR6 over the last four weeks with 401 yards and 15.3 ppg outside of a week 7 dud. Buffalo’s 11th-ranked WR defense presents resistance, but the game script could turn into a target-heavy afternoon for Waddle.
Zay Flowers | Baltimore Ravens
A steady backend WR2 for most of the season, Zay Flowers (13.5 ppg) gets a big upgrade with Lamar Jackson back under center. Minnesota’s secondary allows the eighth-fewest points to WRs, which may limit his ceiling, but his volume and floor remain solid in a rejuvenated Ravens offense.
Jakobi Meyers / Parker Washington | Jacksonville Jaguars
With Brian Thomas Jr. likely out, Parker Washington and newcomer Jakobi Meyers will handle most of the targets. Washington saw 19 looks in the last two weeks, while Trevor Lawrence continues to search for rhythm. Against Houston’s fourth-ranked WR defense, both remain risky options.
Wan’Dale Robinson | New York Giants
Since Malik Nabers went down, Wan’Dale Robinson has become Jaxson Dart’s clear top option, catching 18 of 27 targets for 189 yards across the last three games. This week, he faces Chicago’s defense that allows the fourth-most points to WRs, making Robinson a sneaky WR2 play.
Tier 5 | Fringe WR3 / Flex Options
Keenan Allen / Quentin Johnston | Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers’ WR room continues its game of musical chairs, but Ladd McConkey has emerged as the top option with 47 targets over the last five weeks. Keenan Allen and Quentin Johnston remain volatile secondary pieces, yet Pittsburgh’s defense has allowed the most fantasy points to WRs, giving this trio strong upside in Week 10.
Jauan Jennings / Kendrick Bourne | San Francisco 49ers
With Ricky Pearsall still sidelined, Jauan Jennings has led the team in targets over the last three games (19 to Bourne’s 8). The Rams’ defense ranks 13th in points allowed to WRs, making Jennings a volume-driven flex play while Bourne remains touchdown-dependent.
Rashid Shaheed | Seattle Seahawks
A QB upgrade should lift Rashid Shaheed, who actually out-targeted Chris Olave 30–22 over the last three weeks before his trade. Now behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba, he’ll trade volume for efficiency against a depleted Arizona secondary missing its top corners.
Tier 6 | Deep League and Bye-Week Fillers
Alec Pierce / Josh Downs | Indianapolis Colts
Alec Pierce leads Colts WRs in yards over the last month, while Josh Downs has three touchdowns in that span. With Michael Pittman Jr. still commanding top billing, both are risky dart throws against an Atlanta defense that’s allowed the seventh-fewest fantasy points to WRs.
Tier 7 | Desperation Plays / Bench Depth
Demario Douglas | New England Patriots
With Kayshon Boutte out, Demario Douglas is coming off his first WR1 week since last season. His explosiveness makes him a big-play threat, and no clear alpha has emerged in this offense. Against Tampa Bay’s middle-tier pass defense, Douglas is an upside play.
Tory Horton | Seattle Seahawks
The arrival of Rashid Shaheed dampens the Tyler Horton breakout hopes. After a two-touchdown Week 9, he moves back into a WR3 role. Even with Cooper Kupp out, Horton becomes a risky, touchdown-dependent flier regardless of matchup.
Cedric Tillman | Cleveland Browns
After a promising opener, Cedric Tillman missed four games and now returns to a weak passing offense led by Dillon Gabriel. Until chemistry develops, Tillman should remain on the benches.

Tier 1 | Trey McBride Alone for Week 10
Trey McBride | Arizona Cardinals
The clear alpha at the position, McBride continues to deliver weekly TE1 production. He’s matchup-proof at this point and remains a must-start even against a tough Seattle defense.
Tier 2 | Strong Week 10 TE1 Plays
Tyler Warren | Indianapolis Colts
Are we seeing the rookie wall hit for Tyler Warren? With Josh Downs and Alec Pierce healthy and contributing, Warren’s target share has dipped, totaling just 17 points combined over the last two weeks. Now he faces the NFL’s toughest defense against tight ends, as Atlanta allows only 5.3 fantasy points per game to the position.
Dalton Kincaid | Buffalo Bills
The TE6 on the season, Dalton Kincaid has already matched his touchdown total from the last two years combined. He’s on pace for 62 receptions, 939 yards, and nine scores, leading the Bills in both receiving yards and touchdowns. Miami has struggled to contain tight ends, allowing over 17 points per game, fifth-most in the league.
Tier 3 | Average Starters for Week 10
George Kittle | San Francisco 49ers
Since returning from injury, George Kittle has been quiet in the passing game, catching just eight passes for 75 yards and a score. The talent remains elite, but the usage has been limited. The Rams have defended tight ends well (11th-best), though Kittle is always capable of one of his patented blow-up games.
Dallas Goedert | Philadelphia Eagles
The TE4 in points per game, Dallas Goedert has relied heavily on touchdowns, finding the end zone seven times this season. He ranks just 14th in receptions and 16th in yards among tight ends, and with A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith commanding most of the volume, his scoring regression seems inevitable.
Theo Johnson | New York Giants
A touchdown-dependent streamer, Theo Johnson gets a favorable matchup this week. Chicago has allowed the 11th-most points to tight ends, giving him a realistic shot at finding the end zone again as Jaxson Dart continues to spread the ball around.
Tier 4 – 6 Week 10 Fantasy Football TE Rankings & Tiers
Tier 4 | Fringe Starters / Matchup Streamers
Zach Ertz | Washington Commanders
While the Commanders’ season continues to unravel, Zach Ertz remains the No. 2 target behind Deebo Samuel with Marcus Mariota now at quarterback. Ertz’s production won’t blow anyone away, but until Ben Sinnott starts eating into his snaps, he maintains a usable floor in PPR formats.
Juwan Johnson | New Orleans Saints
With Rashid Shaheed traded, Juwan Johnson steps back into relevance. Over the last three weeks, he’s quietly earned 19 targets for 13 receptions, 163 yards, and a score, good for TE8 in that span. Carolina ranks 13th-worst against tight ends, providing another solid opportunity for Johnson to keep rolling.
Colston Loveland | Chicago Bears
Rookie Colston Loveland has taken over for Cole Kmet, seeing 16 targets over his last three games, including a breakout performance in Week 9. The Giants rank 13th-best versus tight ends, so another eruption is unlikely, but Loveland has clearly secured the lead role moving forward.
Mark Andrews | Baltimore Ravens
When Mark Andrews goes off, he does it in bunches — scoring two touchdowns in each of his two big outings this year. He remains heavily touchdown-dependent, but the return of Lamar Jackson allows him to deliver another TE1 performance any given week.
Harold Fannin Jr. / David Njoku | Cleveland Browns
The Browns’ tight ends, Harold Fannin Jr. and David Njoku, have become the offense’s best receiving weapons with rookie Dillon Gabriel hesitant to throw to wideouts. Since Week 5, they’ve combined for 34 receptions compared to just 19 for the top three WRs. Both offer decent PPR floors but limited ceilings in this sputtering offense.
Tier 5 | Deep League Streamers / TD-Dependent Options
Luke Musgrave | Green Bay Packers
With Tucker Kraft sidelined, Luke Musgrave gets his best opportunity since entering the league. The former second-rounder has battled injuries, but now he’ll take over as the full-time starter. His first test comes against a stingy Eagles defense that ranks third-best against tight ends.
Tier 6 | Desperation Plays / Bench Depth
Greg Dulcich | Miami Dolphins
After bouncing around the league, Greg Dulcich finally found a spark in Miami, catching five passes for 49 yards in Week 9. It’s not a breakout yet, but it’s a sign of life, and with the Dolphins doing a full evaluation of their future, Dulcich could carve out a role as the chain-mover in this offense.

🧠 FAQ | Week 10 Fantasy Football Player Rankings & Start/Sit Tiers
Q1: Which quarterbacks can be trusted most in Week 10 fantasy lineups?
A: Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, and Jalen Hurts headline the safest plays thanks to elite scoring floors and dual-threat usage. Jaxson Dart’s rushing totals also keep him in every-week starter territory against a soft Chicago defense.
Q2: Is Rico Dowdle a must-start running back after last week’s breakout?
A: Yes. Dowdle’s workload and red-zone dominance make him a locked-in RB2 with upside against New Orleans. He’s out-snapped Chuba Hubbard in back-to-back games and should again command the majority of touches for Carolina.
Q3: Which wide receivers are best positioned to outperform projections this week?
A: Rome Odunze and Wan’Dale Robinson each draw bottom-five secondaries and should see heavy volume. Jaylen Waddle’s usage as Miami’s temporary alpha also keeps him firmly inside the top-15 WR conversation for Week 10.
Q4: Should fantasy managers bench Trevor Lawrence against Houston?
A: Probably. Houston’s defense ranks first against quarterbacks and has held opponents under 200 passing yards in five straight games. Unless you’re desperate in SuperFlex, Lawrence belongs on benches this week.
Q5: Which tight ends offer the best chance to score in Week 10?
A: Trey McBride remains matchup-proof, while Dalton Kincaid and Juwan Johnson both face bottom-ten defenses against tight ends. If you’re streaming, those are the most likely touchdown producers.
