Staffordshire teenager features in Children in Need Countryfile episode

The programme, which airs on Sunday on BBC One, features a group of young people who have faced challenges and received support from BBC Children in Need-funded projects.
Part of it was filmed at Peatswood Farm in Market Drayton, with Elle and Anita’s ramble also taking them along the Shropshire Union Canal.
Elle, whose dad died following an illness last year, was previously honoured with a Positively Unique Award from charity Little People UK (LPUK), part-funded by BBC Children in Need.
Achondroplasia is the most common form of dwarfism and affects one in 25,000 people, according to Great Ormond Street Hospital., external
“Living in a world that’s not made for you sometimes is really daunting but organisations like LPUK take the obstacles and challenges away,” Elle’s mum, Teresa, said.
“Life has been tough recently and taking part in Countryfile Ramble has given us so many amazing memories.”
