Alpine skiing at Winter Olympics 2026: Women’s Super-G – full schedule and how to watch live

The women’s Super-G, the second speed event of the women’s Alpine skiing programme at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, is scheduled for Thursday (12 February) in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
With U.S. star Lindsey Vonn absent after her devastating crash in the downhill, all eyes will be on local favourite Sofia Goggia. The 33-year-old Italian, who claimed bronze last Sunday at the Tofane Skiing Centre, currently leads the World Cup Super-G standings with one win and two podiums.
Another one to watch is New Zealand’s Alice Robinson. The giant slalom specialist secured her first career win in the opening event of the season in St. Moritz, followed by a second-place finish a week later in Val d’Isère.
The group of outsiders includes reigning silver medallist Federica Brignone, who clocked an encouraging 10th-fastest time in the Olympic downhill following a long injury layoff, and Switzerland’s Malorie Blanc, who won the last event in Crans-Montana.
Another medal contender is Germany’s Emma Aicher, who topped the podium almost a month ago in Tarvisio and is looking to add to her two silvers so far at these Games.
Among the starters is also PyeongChang 2018 gold medallist Ester Ledecká, just a few days after failing to secure a third consecutive medal in the snowboard parallel giant slalom (PGS).
The reigning Olympic champion Lara Gut-Behrami will miss the race through injury, while Saalbach 2025 world champion Stephanie Venier retired at the end of last season.
